    Description

    14K yellow & white gold cultured Akoya pearl & diamond oval pin. The nacre of the pearls has a pink cast.  Only the very best A+ quality pearls have a pink cast. The nacre is very smooth w/o blemishes. The only other pearls I’ve seen of this quality were Mikimoto. The diamonds however are not very good. Can’t explain why these two gemstones at opposite ends of the quality spectrum reside in the same piece of jewelry.
